Taking 1 tablespoon a day has helped improve my energy, hair, nails, etc. No other vitamin, etc has helped as well.

I have had great experience with this product, you have to be careful of what you say due to FDA restrictions, but lets say after being depleted on a number minerals/vitamins I was soon restored to normal.

Since our food supply and soil are so depleted of minerals I feel this product is a must have for everyone.
