Minerals of Life

I began taking MOL about 3 years ago. I had begun a daily sauna regime during COVID 19. I began to cramp and I was taking a mass amount of magnesium to over come the leg cramps. I started taking a shot glass of MOL and in the first few days my cramps disappeared. I continued my daily sauna and and shot glass for a couple of years and recently dropped my intake of MOL to two tablespoons daily and that has maintained my balance with little or no cramping. Great product that I have purchased for my other family members to help them with similar issues. I highly recommend Minerals of Life.

I have Rhematoid arthritis and fibromyalgia, I am currently taking a drug called Naltrexone, it has relived 90 % of the fibromyalgia pain but leaves me with muscle cramps and sore joints , after soaking in Epson Salts and getting a little relief, I realized I must be lacking in some minerals. I ordered the minerals of life and the Humic Minerals, after two days f the cramps have diminished. So even though my blood test never showed a deficiency, this has truly helped. Thanks Jim .
